Continuous Caustic | Chemical

Collier Associates provided engineering services to provide a complete mechanical, electrical, and structural design package. The project consisted of expanding the existing batch caustic system to include a new continuous caustic system. The detailed design construction package includes structural design, mechanical piping design, instrumentation installation design, and electrical design. Throughout the project, Collier Associates coordinated and worked closely with plant process engineers and operators to integrate the new caustic system with the existing system and successfully tie the existing furnace and other utilities into the new system. Collier Associates also coordinated with the system manufacturer throughout the design and provided submittal review and document tracking. Collier Associates then provided detailed design to implement the new system into the existing control system. Onsite construction support was provided throughout the construction process & startup, and commissioning trouble-shooting support was provided onsite during startup.
