Collier Associates worked with senior management to plan and develop their reliability compliance program for the site to ensure that the company’s electric system is operated in a reliable and stable manner and compliant with the national and regional reliability standards. Collier Associates researched the current standards include Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North America Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and SERC Reliability Corporation (SERC) and collected data to analysis and complied and submitted the correct compliance documents to the appropriate reliability entities. Collier Associates then monitored, audited and reviewed EEI’s compliance program to make sure it stayed up to date. They prepared and reviewed all reliability related technical documentation and assisted in the establishment of a successful NERC/CIP program at the facility.
